Membership Tiers

4.1 Tiered Participation Based on Token Holdings

Membership privileges and responsibilities are tiered based on the number of CATH tokens held:

Token Holdings	Privileges and Responsibilities
300,000 - 500,000 CATH	Can submit proposals on Discord, participate in discussions, and vote on general matters.
500,000 - 1,000,000 CATH	Eligible to vote on off-chain proposals through Snapshot and submit funding proposals.
1,000,000+ CATH & KYC	Full participation in on-chain voting and governance decisions via Aragon DAO space.
10,000,000+ CATH & KYC	Full participation in on-chain voting and governance decisions via Aragon DAO space and address in multisig safe Treasury wallet

Members with fewer than 300,000 CATH tokens are not eligible for official membership, although they may participate in public discussions and engage with the DAO as observers.
