Membership Termination

5.1 Voluntary Termination

Members may choose to terminate their membership at any time by submitting a formal request. Upon termination, their access to the governance platform and DAO channels will be revoked.

5.2 Involuntary Termination

The Cathedral Foundation DAO reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual or business that violates the DAO Constitution, fails to comply with KYC or legal requirements, or engages in unethical behavior.

• Termination Process: The Governance Committee will review any violations and vote on the termination of membership. The member will be notified of the decision and given an opportunity to appeal.
